What happens in the first session?
We’ll talk about your goals, concerns, and background to help us get to know each other and create a safe, supportive space.
How long is a session?
Individual sessions: 25 or 45 minutes (online), or 45-minute walk-and-talk (Stockholm).
Couples/family sessions: 70 minutes (online).
How often do I need therapy?
Most clients start weekly, then move to bi-weekly or monthly as things progress.
What kinds of therapy do you offer?
I use short-term, solution-focused therapy, EFT, and advanced CBT for eating disorders — always tailored to your needs.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Everything is confidential unless there’s a risk of harm to you or others.
Can I do therapy online?
Yes — all sessions can be held online for your convenience.

Do you work with couples and families?
Yes, I offer support for individuals, couples, and families around relationships, emotions, and communication.
How long will I need therapy?
It varies. Some people feel better in 6–12 sessions, others continue longer-term.
What if I need to cancel?
Please cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.
What are your fees?
Prices start from €40 for a 25-minute session. I don’t accept insurance at the moment.

Client-centered, warm, practical — blending methods to fit your goals.
Can I bring someone with me?
For individual sessions, it’s best to come alone. For couples/families, all are welcome.
Do you offer physical sessions?
Yes, in Stockholm — we walk and talk outdoors.
