People are beautiful.
People are deep.
People need people.
Maybe that’s what drew me to psychology, in the end.
I’m a psychotherapist, licensed clinical psychologist, and psychological counselor. I specialize in short-term, resource- and solution-focused therapies; Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT); and advanced cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT-E) for eating disorders (trained by CREDO, Oxford). I’m also a certified life coach and trainer, always open to learning — because that’s what helps me support the people I work with in the best way I can.
Outside of work, I enjoy calligraphy, the occasional poem, and quiet moments in nature. I’m a curious person, passionate about reading, travel, and continuous learning. I’m also a mother — I have a daughter I love beyond words and beyond myself. At heart, I value simplicity and try to live slowly in this fast-paced world — though I admit, I don’t always get it right.
As a therapist, I find deep meaning in supporting people on their path to emotional healing — through authentic connection and sincere presence. I’m mindful with my words, and I try to truly understand what the person in front of me is experiencing on a deeper level.
I offer online therapy sessions in Romanian, English, and Swedish, working with individuals, couples, and families dealing with:
