I don’t think there’s a more honest way to begin my story than by saying that I am deeply grateful for my life — one in which the good has naturally intertwined with more difficult moments. Like anyone, I’ve navigated through them, grown, and learned. About myself, about others, about this world. I move forward with confidence, but also with the strange feeling that sometimes I know less than I did yesterday. One of life’s paradoxes.

Putting philosophy aside for a moment, I can say that my professional journey has been full of meaning. I started out in publishing, where I worked with books and, among many things, read a lot of psychology. I believe that made a big difference. Then followed a period in advertising and marketing, where I tested my creativity (and patience), and eventually, I found my way into therapy — a space that challenges me, inspires me, and fills my days with meaning, both literally and emotionally.
