The program is structured to guide individuals through three key stages of recovery. Here's an overview of the program:
Assessment & Preparation
Before starting, we conduct a thorough assessment to tailor the program to your specific needs and prepare for the journey ahead.
Step One: Starting Well and Deciding to Change
In this phase, we focus on:
Engaging you in treatment and change
Establishing self-monitoring and collaborative in-session weighing
Educating you about the disorder and creating a personalized treatment plan
Introducing regular eating patterns and, if necessary, addressing weight regain
Step Two: Addressing the Change
This step involves working through focused modules, addressing key areas like:
Underweight & undereating
Body image
Dietary restraint
Mood changes
Additionally, broader modules may address: perfectionism, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties.
Step Three: Ending Well
